Referral Partner FAQ

Referral fees are competitive and based on the loan amount and product type. Fees are paid directly at closing and scale with deal size. Contact us for the specific fee schedule applicable to your referral volume.
Licensing requirements vary by state. In California, referral fees on commercial mortgage transactions may require a DRE license or an exemption. We will work with you to structure the arrangement in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Once you make the introduction, our team takes over the entire financing process: initial consultation, loan structuring, lender sourcing, underwriting, and closing. You receive status updates at key milestones and are paid your referral fee at closing.
We finance commercial real estate loans starting at $1,000,000. There is no maximum, we regularly close transactions exceeding $50 million. The larger the deal, the larger your referral fee.
